Houtskari represents some of the most exquisite vistas in the archipelago of southwest Finland: Mossala, Korpo, Houtskär and Björkö. The pattern is not designed to be a strictly accurate copy of the scenery but a compilation of sceneries close to designer Saara Kurkela’s heart. The centre stage is occupied by the boathouses of Björkö that never fail to enchant those approaching by ferry. The sea and the archipelago calm your mind and let your ideas take flight. The design invites you to take a step closer to the sea and experience the cool winds and the pristine nature. To explore sceneries where white-tailed eagles, swans and seals greet the visitors and inhabitants of the archipelago.
